Engel & Völkers Victoria Oak Bay to provide premium level real estate services and global reach to clients in the local market and from around the world
Oak Bay, B.C. – Engel & Völkers North America, the North American operations for the international, European-based premium real estate firm, launched its first Oak Bay shop in British Columbia, marking the occasion with a grand opening celebration and ribbon cutting ceremony held at its location at 2249 Oak Bay Avenue. The Oak Bay shop provides the firm’s global standard of premium service as Engel & Völkers Victoria Oak Bay and is led by Scott Piercy and James LeBlanc, who are also owners of two additional Engel & Völkers shops in Victoria, and, along with co-owner Brian Danyliw, of Engel & Völkers Nanaimo.
The grand opening event was hosted by Piercy and LeBlanc and attended by Oak Bay Mayor Nils Jensen, Oak Bay Councillor Hazel Braithwaite, Vancouver License Partner Andrew Carros, and advisors Chris Burns and Brodie Young. Representatives of Engel & Völkers North America included Richard Brinkley, SVP Canada and Jack Gettles, VP Brokerage Services.
